  • Our basis for achieving a good coexistence is to create a good atmosphere, empathy, balance and security in order to create a good bond with the dogs.
  • Force, yelling, hitting, submission or any kind of violence is never used.
  • We form different groups so that everyone has what they need during their stay.
  • Each dog is different and getting to know it is essential to know what it likes and to put it with dogs that are compatible with it and because it will be better.
  • Our first goals will always be well-being and safety.
  • The formation of the groups will depend on energy, sex, size, sterilization, known dogs or customer needs.
  • Every day we exchange dogs from one group to another and change their area so they don’t get bored and distracted.
  • Minimal initial socialization with dogs is required and it is recommended that they be neutered.
  • The goal of the residence is freedom 24 hours a day and never being alone.
  • All guides must bring their dog’s food to avoid gastric problems due to a change in eating routine and also to avoid disputes.
  • Each dog eats its food alone, it will only be under the supervision of the educator who will accompany it during the meal.
  • Water is always available at different points supplied by the automatic troughs.
  • Any special needs will be made known without financial charge.
  • Hygiene is very important to us and we conscientiously clean all kennels, troughs, ponds, feeders and all areas.
  • We are lucky to have a great vet nearby to cover any unforeseen circumstances and always with advance notice to the guides.
  • Dogs with fear or separation anxiety problems can be given extra lights, music, more sheltered places or essential oils to make them feel better and more protected.
  • It is important that guides who have any doubts or know of particularities or anomalies of the dog inform us.
  • Each dog is unique, protagonist, curious, free and creative.
  • We try to improve your physical and mental abilities.
  • The educator observes, accompanies and will put words to the behaviors of each dog.
